Phil Clements is an experienced international education expert specialising in the development and delivery of international projects. He is CEO and Director of Zenia Solutions Ltd. (Mauritius), International Education Network Ltd. (UK), the Global Centre for Professional Events Management and a Consultant for the Global Impact institute.
He has worked globally on a wide range of international projects, such as, the development of human resource capacity to deliver major events as part of the legacy of the Qatar 2022 World Cup, (for the Josoor Institute in Qatar), provided the Malaysian government with vocational courses for early career professionals in the meeting and conference industry, for the Panamanian government’s Bilingue project in developing in-country training for English teachers, and delivering sessions to the heads of Nigerian Universities on improving University - industry engagement in curriculum content and delivery, and incubation /enterprise hubs on behalf of the British Council.
In Mauritius, with Zenia Solutions Ltd. He is focusing on the development and provision of vocational education and training opportunities in the areas of business and management, tourism, hospitality and event management.
He has worked for institutions in UK, Australia and New Zealand and was the Academic Director of a transnational university campus in India

Berty Barbe is the classic pioneer in the hospitality and tourism trade. He has held various designations from public relations and hotel management for properties spanning the Indian Ocean, to a stint in Germany where he gained a connoisseurship of its hospitality industry.
Based in Mauritius his expertise and knowledge of the challenges faced by the local and regional hospitality, tourism and events sector is second to none.
His ability to source opportunities in the hospitality and tourism sectors through his vast network of contacts is invaluable and contributes to the vision that is Zenia Solutions.
